Feature Recipe - Thai Red Curry Salmon
2-3 pieces of Salmon
250 ml Red Curry Sauce
2 cups Cut Broccoli
2 tbl spoons of Olive Oil
1 tbl spoon of corn Starch
1/2 cup Water
1. Add Olive Oil to frying pan. Pan sear Salmon for 3 minutes per side. Add salt and pepper to flavour. Pre-cook Broccoli in another pot.
2. In sauce pan, bring Curry sauce to a slight boil on medium to high heat. Mix corn starch and water together in a seperate cup.
3. Slowly add the starch to the sauce while stirring continuously until thick and creamy. Plate Salmon and vegetables. Add cream sauce on top. Serve with your favourite side dish.
